With over 20 years in operations and executive leadership, Jess has guided founder-led and growth-stage companies through scale, succession, and ownership change. Her approach centers on three steps: assess the leadership gap, match the right operator, and manage the engagement with full accountability for results.
Her background spans operational leadership, cross-functional team alignment, and scaling businesses through periods of complexity and change. Jess brings clarity to competing priorities, strengthens execution at every level of your organization, and translates strategy into measurable results.
